Well, it's true that this blog tries to show work on improving various aspects of preparation and recovery in soccer room. But in this case I send a big sack of mind for two friends and two indoor soccer players. Misfortune willed that Cassio da Silva (lantarote yaiza aunts) and Marc Fernandez (fs The Rápita), have fallen injured. One more serious than another. So from here I send a lot of encouragement and you know ... so it goes ... and a lot of mental strength. Animo AND A HUG.
