Yesterday, watching the game Levante - Atlético de Madrid of the Copa del Rey, I realized a fact that caught my attention. In the Levant usually tends to play Molina, signed this season but yesterday was the turn of Pablo Cavallero. Doing a bit of memory recall Cavallero was a great goalkeeper who had a grand time when he played for Celta de Vigo from 2000 to 2005, when the winter market signed for Levante Schuster. That year, and without playing even one minute, down to the second division, where he played almost every game and was one of the keys of the rise of the East to the first division next season. Furthermore, with Argentina was the substitute goalkeeper Carlos Roa in the world 98 and the goalkeeper at the 2002 World Cup.
Today, Cavallero is 32. Given that play in goal I do not think age is a problem, but it's funny how in a few years you can go from playing a World Cup play in the second division or be a backup in a first division team.
